These products are represented by imitations of cakes, white and brown and by confectionary sweet basket 5.8 cm in diameter in beige colour. These products are sold without any wraps. Products are equipped with clock winding mechanism and ride on two small wheels located at the bottom. The beige basket is decorated with blueberries and raspberries. White cake is decorated with strawberries, mandarins and kiwi fruit and equipped with a candle imitation and with a label "Happy Birthday". Brown cake is decorated with strawberries and blueberries and equipped with a candle imitation and with a label "Happy Birthday". Products come with flyers, mounted to a rotating shaft with a rope. Fruits used for the decoration may be easily removed from these cakes and easily confused with real food. Therefore, these products pose danger mainly to small children, who my remove these fruit imitations from the cake and swallow, inhale or suffocate on these items during a play.

"We recommend to all consumers who bought these products to claim them as defective at the seller, " said RNDr. Jana Příhodová, the General Director of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
