Regarding the fact that in previous years many deficiencies were found at community feeding keepers in winter recreational resorts, in total 28 controls were performed in the period from 1st January and 28th February 2010 in branches of fast refreshment, restaurants, hotels and pensions. Deficiencies were detected in 9 cases, i.e. 32,14 %.

Within the control purchases, in total 6 traders used measuring tools in non-conformity with legislation; 2 traders did not label the place of sell in accordance with the Trade Licencing Act; 1 seller did not inform the consumer about the amount for the buy-out of returnable packages, 1 trader did not place the text informing about the prohibition to sell alcoholic drinks to persons below 18 years of age and 1 trader did not inform the consumer on the products price in the sell offer in any way.

At 6 traders deficiencies will be subject to administrative proceedings and in 4 cases fines were issued in the total amount of 3.500 CZK.
