The product’s shape is of bunch of wine grapes, and no producer or any importer is stated on the product.

The product is dangerous due to its outfit, shape, size and colour and its interchangeability with groceries. Within necessary proceeding it was discovered that from the bunch of wine grapes children can easily separate small balls and put them into mouth. Product’s consumption and related complications are assumed especially in persons with lower visual acuity, especially in children. When usual and assumed way of the product use it is more than likely that this situation will come when health can be damaged.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority banned selling of the particular product and consequently the distributor took measures and withdrew the product from the market.
