This product is a Yo-Yo figure with a flashing ball, hung on a rubber rope - elastomeric SBR (various colours). The rope ends with a loop. The toy bares no manufacturer or importer name, no specification label, CE symbol neither it has a warning label specifying the appropriate age group.

This product poses serious risk to children. The rope is too long and therefore it may create a loop around child´s neck and cause suffocation.

The toy has no warning label specifying hazards or risks that may occur during use, neither it has manufacturer or importer name or the CE symbol. Due to the toy property, size and function of the toy, it is not clear for an adult that this toy may be dangerous for children under 3 years of age. The toy does not have a warning graphical symbol specifying the age group. No warnings are present at all.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority banned this product from sale. Also, the applicable corrective measure, prohibiting the introduction and sale of this product on markets, will be issued, the product must be recalled and the applicable party must inform consumers immediately about the relevant dangers that this toy poses to persons who may come in contact with this toy.
