Appearance of the product was detected by the inspectors of the Plzeňský and Karlovarský Inspectorate of the Czech Trade Inspection. The product is a multicolour plastic flute originally from China. 

When using the product in a common and presumed way, it is more than probable

When using the product in a common and predicted way it is more than probable that a situation appears when injury can come about. There is a high risk of swallowing or breathing in small parts and related suffocation in children. In the flute’s mouthpiece is a sound producing removable indicator which fits in the tube for small parts and is of high risk for small children who can easily put it in mouth.

The Czech Trade Inspection banned the sale of the mentioned product and subsequently the distributor issued measures to withdraw the product from the market.
