The mentioned products are originally from China and are packed separately on a card in cellophane. On the front side of the packaging here is written the toy’s name and EXPAND 600 % SIZE. On the back side of the packaging there is the manual only in English and a symbol of warning concerning children’s age (not suitable for kids bellow 3 years of age).

After the performed examination, it was detected that these products do not meet requirements on products safety. The toy fits in the tube for small objects and in case the toy is swallowed, there is a threat of child’s suffocation. Moreover, after it is swallowed, the product can grow in the digestive track and cause very serious health problems.

    The toy does not meet basic requirements for being sold in the market defined by the Act on Technical Requirements for Products. This is why a protective measure concerning ban of placing it to the market and distributing was issued. Subsequently, an order to withdraw from the market was issued.
