"E-filing registry on our webpage will operate in the same way, as before the termination of these offices. Contact telephone numbers of each office will be forwarded to the applicable Inspectorates. People do not need to worry that we will stop operating in these regions. Inspection activities will continue normally and we will continue to process claims and proposals received from our customers”, explains the General Director of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, RNDr. Jana Příhodová.

Starting on August 1, 2009, these following phone numbers will be forwarded:

·         Telephone No. 353 176 711 (CTIA office in Karlovy Vary) will be forwarded to the Inspectorate in Plzeň (377 323 596)

·         Telephone No. 466 511 525 (CTIA office in Pardubice) will be forwarded to the Inspectorate in  Hradec Králové (495 518 752) 

·         Telephone No. 577 210 731 (CTIA office in Zlín) will be forwarded to the Inspectorate in  Brno (545 125 939)

Starting on November 1, 2009, these forwarding services will no longer be available and people shall direct their questions or proposals to the applicable Inspectorate.
