Product description:
The Mini Night Light is packed in a plastic foil, the lamp shade cover has a red textile doll with a wooden face attached to it and the lower edge of the shade is decorated with beads.
The product has the following information on it. 240V, 7W, symbol CE and protection class II.

The product evaluation discovered these following defects:
1. Warning in Czech language is missing.
2. In accordance with ČSN EN 60598-1 and ČSN EN 60598-2-12, this product does not comply with article No. 12.6 Construction and design 12.6.2.
Plug pins of lightning devices must fully comply with construction and design requirements described by IEC 60884-1 or by applicable national standards.
3. In accordance with ČSN 354516, this product does not comply with article No. 1:12, the Flat double pin plug fork, 12.1 pin length Basic dimensions: width 35,30, 7, height 13,70,7,19,0,5, pin insulation measured from the fork edge 10, distance between pins 18-19,2 (all measurements in mm)
Discovered variations in the required measurements: width 32,4, height 13,0, pin length 18,7 and pins insulation measured from fork edge 10, distance between pins 18 (all measurements in mm).
4. Frame and cover of the mini light must create one solid and secure joint.
The cover is only snapped on. No screw has been used to fasten the cover in place.
5. Mini or orientation lights must not have shade covers decorated or shaped as a toy, so children are not attracted to play with it. The shade cover has textile doll attached to it.
Conclusion:
This product does not comply with basic requirements included in Government directive No. 17/2003 Coll., describing technical requirements for low voltage appliances in connection with Rule No. 22/1997 Coll., describing product technical requirements, as amended.
Result: This product poses a serious risk of injuries by electrical shock during use by consumers.
