These products (quarters of an apple) are for decorative purposes. Thanks to the product shape, size and colour, it may be easily confused with food. It has been determined by testing that small pieces may be separated from the product, which fit into the testing cylinder. Therefore, a person with lower ability to distinguish between food and non-food product, such as a small child, may consume it or inhale it, which may cause serious health problems.

The CTIA banned this product from sale and ordered the distributor to apply applicable corrective measures and to recall the product from the market.
