During impact testing of the plastic toy frog, one of its plastic eyes got completely lose. This small piece could be fitted into testing cylinder. The other eye of the frock revealed cracks. After testing the plastic toy fish for press durability, the plastic head of the toy bent inward and the eye of the toy got loose as well, creating a gap where the testing gap-blade could be inserted.  During pull-test with force 7.8 N, the plastic eye got loose completely and the entire eye could be placed inside test cylinder.

Therefore, it has been established that during regular use of these toys, small plastic pieces (eyes of the toy) may get loose, posing inhalation hazard and causing suffocation of the child.

 Risks in connection with regular use of these toys are always present.
