Product is packed in a plastic bag with paper edge, catalogue number 4444019033004 and it bares the symbol CE. The rattle contains moveable wheels and tips, positioned against each other. The paper edge shows warning “Unsuitable for children under 3 months of age” and picture symbol showing: 0-3 months. The paper edge shows specification 3 + month and the picture shows that product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age, even though it is clear that this product is suitable for children under 36 months.
DISCOVERED DEFECTS:
This product does not comply with ČSN EN 71-1+A 4:2007, article 5.1, letter b).
This product poses danger for small children as their fingers may get stuck inside the openings between the wheels. A child may get injured also if an already stuck finger is being removed from the opening. Further, there is a risk of tongue injury as the child may place the toy inside his mouth - which is very likely.
