Test results revealed that phthalate is being released from the product. The contents of phthalate acid ester is 21,2% hm (wu) DEHP CAS 117-81-7, while the limit for toys is 0,1% hm (wu)
Conclusion:
This product does not comply with basic regulations, as specified by Rule No. 2, NV No. 19/ 2003 Coll., Toy technical requirements, appendix No. 2, Section 2, Item 3, chemical properties in connection with the directive 2005/84 ES and conditions necessary for product market introduction process in accordance with Rule No. 13, Item. 9, law No. 22/1997 Coll., describing product technical requirements, as amended.
Applied measures:
During the ongoing legal proceeding, this product was banned from sale.
