Product description:
It is a movable electric lamp with a joint mechanism. The lamp is equipped with a halogen light bulb and it is powered by a wall outlet adapter, which is supplied together with the product; the wall power adapter is connected to the lamp by detachable connector piece.

Type of danger: risk of injuries by electrical shock, cuts, burns, as well as risk of fire. This product failed to comply with requirements of the ČSN EN 60598-1:2005, as well as ČSN EN 60598-2-4:1998 - article 2.2, 3.2, 3.3.17, 4.6.3, 4.8.
Discovered defects:
- Insufficient lamp stability
- Insufficiently designed and rated power adapter
- Incorrectly designed lamp switch (does not comply with the nominal electric current value of the switch)
- User´s manual is missing the required safety information
- Incorrect lamp classification
- Incorrect information on the lamp specification label
Market protection measures: the CTI forbade this product from being sold and issued applicable measures prohibiting this product from being introduced to the market. Further, the CTI issued a ban ordering this product to be recalled from the market and ordered the applicable body to immediately inform customers about the existing danger.
