SkyEurope Airlines went bankrupt
The District Court of Bratislava stopped the restructuralization of SkyEurope Airlines which after the court desicion went bankrupt. Customers and suppliers to whom SkyEurope owe refunds or payments for services rendered arising from activities should file their claims in accordance with the procedures set out by Slovak law in 45 days period since 9. 9. 2009.
But according available information, the chance for satisfaction of consumers is very low in the bankruptcy procedure. This is why customers should consider carefully their effort for getting their money back.
