Frequently asked questions
The European Consumer Centre has successfully rounded off its first year of operation as a resource centre addressing consumer rights on the EU's common internal market, where it helps consumers handle their cross-border complaints and disputes with retailers. Of the questions and complaints we receive, some themes recur on a frequent basis, and therefore we have decided to publish answers to these model questions.
