The Bratislava I District Court in its decision approved the financial reorganisation of SkyEurope a.s. under Slovak law. As part of the reorganisation proceedings, customers and suppliers to whom SkyEurope owe refunds or payment for services rendered arising from activities prior to 23rd June 2009 should file their claims in accordance with the procedures set out by Slovak law.
You are expected to fill in attached forms. We have also prepared instructions and an application sample. Please note that all claims must be physically received by the court and the trustee no later than August 17, 2009.
The forms must be filled out with due care, very precisely since any missing information or column filled in improperly causes nullity and invalidity of the application and results in rejection by the court! Therefore CONSUMER MUST REQUEST THE TRUSTEE herewith to confirm the receipt of the application forms as well as to notice the consumer on formal compliance of the application since the trustee is not obliged by law to automatically inform the consumer about any deficiencies in the application. In case of deficiencies or missing information, the trustee will notify the consumer and consumer then has to amend the form and send it back without further delay, until 17th August at latest (this is the date of DELIVERY).

The application form can be filled with any of the EU languages, but it is best to fill it out in Slovak language (we recommend to use at least the google translator).

Information on the letter to the trustee
An application has to be compiled as for the restructuring trustee in order to petition him to draw the consumer´s attention to any missing information in the respective form, which must be attached to the letter. Once again, consumer must request the trustee herewith to confirm the receipt of the application forms as well as to notice the consumer on formal compliance of the application since the trustee is not obliged by law to automatically inform the consumers about any deficiencies. In case of deficiencies or missing information, the trustee will notify the consumer and consumer then has to amend the form and send it back without further delay, until 14th August at latest. Administrator then shall inform the consumer on the state of matter in a written form. The letter may be either in English, German or Czech languages.
