ECC Estonia informed us about one of the fraudulent company who is registered in Estonia. The name of this company is Paloma K OÜ and it provides computer—related products by its web page http://www.dvdmedia.ee/ .
ECC Estonia have lately received several consumers´ complaints against Paloma K OÜ, because the ordered goods are not delivered to consumers. Nevertheless the trader´s web page is still open and accepts the consumers´ orders.
Unfortunately the trader has not reacted any of the letters we have sent. And since has not been possible to contact the trader, ECC Estonia appealed to the police for a help.
Warning — consumers should avoid using the services of the mentioned company in purpose to prevent further infringements caused by the trader.
