Children scooter JUST STAR

(Prague, June 23, 2009) the Czech Trade Inspectorate discovered that a dangerous consumer product is being sold on the Czech market. This product represents a serious danger mainly for small children.

It is a children scooter JUST START. Using this scooter may cause injuries or fall, as hand may slip off the handlebar during driving. The small diameter of the front wheel lowers the height of the step. The front of the step is covered by plastic, which gets loose during use, revealing sharp edges. These risks are present due to incorrect constructional design.

 

“The CTI banned this product from sale,“ said RNDr. Jana Příhodová, the General director of the Czech Trade Inspectorate.
