Common control at market places
(Prague, May 5, 2010) On April 15, 2010, a common control of market places in border regions went ahead performed by the Czech Trade Inspection (Ústecký and Liberecký Inspectorate) and departments of the Alien Police of the Ústecký region. The control activity focused especially on Petrovice, Mníšek, Dubí, Hora Sv. Šebestiána and others.
The control activity was focused in accordance with competencies of the participating bodies on market places control and related risks. Controllers focused especially on offering and selling of pyrotechnical products of 3rd grade of dangerousness. In total more than 30 stalls and premises were checked. Infringements were detected in 8 cases. It was illegal sale of pyrotechnics of higher grade. For detected law infringements, fines were issued in the total amount of 10 thousand CZK.
