This control especially focused on abidance with Act on consumer protection, and on prevention arrangements concerning damages caused by tobacco products, alcohol and other addictive drugs. In the whole Czech Republic 317 controls in total were performed on premises of community feeding. Out of these controls infringements of legislation were found in 117 cases, i.e. 36,9 % of the total number of the checked premises.

The most common infringement was a non-performance of advertised amount or measure of drinks or meals, incorrect accounting, or disabling re-measuring of purchased amount of drinks and meals based on use of measuring tools in non-conformity with legislation.

The number of controls performed by particular inspectorates of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority including percentage of premises in which defects were found can be found in the attached file.

The found infringements by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority were followed by 75 fines in the total amount of 78.000 CZK.
