Inspectors performed 23 controls in total and infringements of laws were detected in 12 cases, i.e. c. 52%. Infringements of laws was especially in not following the declared weight or amount of drinks; using uncertified scales; not informing the consumer with price of offered goods; incorrect billing (CZK 15 harm to the consumer) and infringing of informational obligations.

In 7 cases, administrative proceedings will be launched with controlled persons; in 3 cases, inspectors issued fines in the total amount of CZK 3,000 and in 2 cases, they issued sanctions at the inspection location in the total amount of CZK 4,000.
