Particularly, the following breaches of the Act on Consumer Protection were found: seller did not provide the declared weight; another one did not allow his customer to weigh the meal served and check the declared weight; elsewhere purchase of control was billed incorrectly – of course damaging consumers. In 3 cases, information on prices of products offered was missing; two sellers used uncertified measuring tools and 1 seller did not make his products be visibly and understandably marked with defined information. One seller did not provide information about the amount concerning buy-out of returnable deposit packages.

Inspectors imposed 4 fines at the spot in the total amount of CZK 5,000 and other 4 checked persons wait for administrative proceedings concerning sanctions to be launched.
