Product description: This black, 5 m long extension cord may be disassembled and provides four extra outlets, arranged into a circle. It is used to connect appliances with safety protection class I, with the following technical parameters: AC 230V max.10A 2300W, cable H05VV-F3G1. CE symbol appears on the product.
Type of danger: Risk of injuries by electrical current/shock and risk of burns and fire.
Dangerous issues:
- The height of the plug collar is above requirements of the applicable standard
- The height of the protective plug contact does not comply with the requirements of the applicable norm
- Nonstandard construction has been used around the protective belt.The plug may also be inserted into the outlet the other way around, which creates only partial contact with the working pins, as well as with the protective contact (opening)
- Insufficient endurance of the cable against repeated turning at the plug entry point.

Market protection measures: Due to the present danger, the CTI forbade this product from being introduced to the market. Further, the CTI issued a ban, ordering this product to be recalled from the market and ordered the applicable body to inform customers about the existing danger immediately.
