The objective of the control was to map the level of the stalls sale and resolving of consumers notification concerning non-priced goods. In total 2 controls of stalls and one control of a restaurant were performed. Infringements of laws were detected in 2 cases.

Example: Control on pricing was randomly performed at 22 types of sold goods, 12 kinds of sweet bakery, 5 kinds of bread and 5 kinds of bakery. Deficiencies were found in all 22 types of sold goods. At the time of control, the goods were nit marked with price valid at the moment of offer; information about the price was not available to the consumer in any other way.

In one case, infringements of law was resolved by issuing sanction at the inception location and in one case, administrative proceedings will be launched with the controlled person.
