Inspectors performed controls totally in 11 workplaces and infringements of laws were detected in 6 cases, i.e. 54.5%.

The most frequent deficiencies were use of an uncertified measure in business contact, not allowing checking of correctness of amount of drinks and weight, not labelling prices on goods (toys, products for animals, drinks, postcards, CDs) and not giving out any bill on product purchase after consumer’s request.

Due to the mentioned infringements of laws, in total 5 fines were issued in the total amount of CZK 4,000 at the inspection location and 1 case will be resolved in administrative proceedings.
