These parts may also cover nose and mouth and prevent air from entering airway passages.A child may suffocate during regular use of the toy.This product represents a serious danger for small children.
The CTI forbade this product from sale and issued applicable measures prohibiting this product from being introduced to the market. Further, the CTI issued a ban ordering this product to be recalled from the market and established responsibility to inform consumers about the relevant danger immediately.At the same time, these findings were forwarded to the applicable inspectorate for further investigation, which will be performed at the supplier location.
