It is a YO-YO toy with flashing ball and with flexible rubber rope based on the SBR elastomer.

FINDINGS:
tests results revealed that the above mentioned product does not comply with the ČSN EN 71-1+A 4:2007 standard, describing toy safety regulations– Part 1: the Mechanical and physical properties.
The free length of the rope does not comply with the required length of 1,550 mm and the loop diameter 540 mm. Therefore, this product poses a danger of suffocation by strangling.
Other violations of basic requirements determined by analysis: The YO-YO toy does not have label specifying the age category and applicable warnings describing dangers, which may occur if the product is used incorrectly (for example, if used by children under 3 years of age). This is a violation of Rule No. 5, Item 1 and 3 NV No. 19/2003 Coll., describing technical specification for toys.
Final risk evaluation: SERIOUS
This product does not comply with the applicable and basic toy technical regulations, required when toys are introduced to the market, as described by Rule No. 2, Item 1, NV No.19/2003 Coll., describing toy technical regulations in connection with Rule No 13, law No. NV No. 22/97 Coll., describing product technical requirements, as amended.
APPLIED MEASURES:
This product has been banned from sale in accordance with Rule No. 7, Item 1, letter a), Rule No. 64/86 Coll., the CTI law, as amended and applicable corrective measure will be issued pursuant to Rule No. 7a, Item 1, letter b) and c) of this law.
