The Inspectors preformed 21 controls in total, including stalls with refreshment, sweets, shoes, textile, metro textile, ceramics, toys and flowers. Deficiencies were found in 19 cases.

These were infringements of law when at the stall certified measure was missing even though the seller declared amount or weight. Also prices were missing at sold goods, marking of shoes and toys was missing; information about textile products were only in foreign languages and a seller did not give out any bill on purchased goods after consumers had asked for it.

With regard to the mentioned law infringements, 10 fines were issued at the inspection location in the total amount of CZK 11,000; 8 sanctions were issued in the total amount of CZK 6,500; 1 case will be resolved in administrative proceedings. Except for fines, also ban of sale of unsatisfactory goods in the amount of CZK 10,614 was issued.
