On July 28, 2010, 6 subjects were controlled – stalls with refreshment, gifts and toys. Defects were found at 4 sellers in total. The advertised amount of drinks was not provided, the consumer was disabled to reweight the given meal (no weigh was available), an uncertified weigh was used for weighing a control shopping and last but not least, sold toys were not equipped with required information.

In two mentioned cases, fines were fined at the inspection location in the total amount of 3,000 CZK. In one case a fine was issued in the amount of 1,000 CZK and 1 case will be resolved in administrative proceedings. Employees of the Trade Licensing Office detected, in 2 cases, deficiencies in labelling premises which will be resolved within the Trade Licensing Office competence.
