Controls of stall sale were focused on selling fakes and imitations, on pricing goods, on abidance with informational obligations when selling goods and last but not least, on sale of Christmas goods, e.g. electronic light chains, Advent wreaths, candles and so forth. These controls of Christmas goods were focused on abidance with the obligations to inform about the way of use and about dangers, resulting from improper use or maintenance. Concerning the sale of Christmas goods, no infringement of the Act on Consumer Protection was detected.

As for fakes, textile products were confiscated in 1 seller (sweatshirts, shirts, jackets, vests, t-shirts), wallets, belts, handbags and bags labelled with the trade-marks Adidas, Puma, Nike, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Replay. In this case, infringements of intellectual property rights were proven. In total 147 pieces in the amount of CZK 406,411 were taken away from the controlled person. The detected deficiency will be resolved by the Customs Office in administrative proceedings.
