Inspectors performed 20 controls in total that were held in the afternoons, evenings and nights within the weekends. Out of the 20 performed controls, defects were found in 10 sellers, i.e. 50%.

Among the most frequent defects were cases when the seller did not use any officially certified measure, sellers did not mark the workplace with the legally required information, sellers did not follow the declared amount of meals portions and drinks, sellers billed purchased products incorrectly, sellers did not give out the receipt on the purchased products with all legally required information after consumer’s request and one seller did not mark the sold goods with price.

The inspectors issued totally 9 fines at the inspection location in the total amount of CZK 17,000 and 4 detected deficiencies will be resolved in administrative proceedings.
