The helmet’s manufacturer is the company Strategic Sports Limited at Kowlon, Hong Kong, China; the helmet is imported to the Czech Republic by the company Helmets RZ, spol. s r.o., Tř. T. Bati 1566, Otrokovice.

When using the product, damage to health may come about. The protective helmet with the manufacture date 08/2009 did not meet the requirements of the technical standard ČSN EN 1077:2007, harmonized with the decree No 21/2003 Coll. The results of laboratory testing show that the helmet is not able to an efficient extent absorb the shock effectively and in case of fall it is not possible to prevent injury that is possible especially in the area of the top of the user’s head.

The company Helmets RZ has voluntarily adopted measures to withdraw the products from the market.
