We speak about the product Jo – Jo hairy with light and beads. Producer and importer of the product are not known so far.

When using the product in a common and predicted way, it is more than expectable that a situation will come in which health can be damaged. There is a threat of swallowing, breathing in and possibly suffocation of a child caused by small parts and a threat of garrotte caused by the toy’s string which can make a loop around the neck.

When examining the product it was found out that the beads are easy to separate and they fit in a testing tube for small parts. Furthermore, the free length of the toy’s string is 1,030 mm, despite the standard requirement is 220 mm. Also the loop’s perimeter does not meet the quality standard as the loop’s perimeter of the product is 480 mm despite the standard requirement is 380 mm.
