In May 2010, defects were found in motor petrol, motor oil and LPG samples. Out of 60 controlled samples of motor petrols, 2 samples (3,3%) did not meet the particular quality standard requirements. In 1 sample (1,7%) defect was found within the distillation test, ethanol content by calculation and oxygen content by calculation. Another sample did not meet requirements in the vapour pressure.

Out of 73 motor oil samples, 5 samples (6,8%) did not meet requirements, In all cases there was a deviation in the flash point.

In 16 collected LPG samples defect was found in 1 case (6,3%) due to the motor octane number MOM.

The chart, in the attached file nr 1, shows results according to the kinds of fuels type, including detected unsatisfactory criteria.

Overall data on fuel stations with detected defects in May 2010 are shown in the attachment nr 2 which also contains values of the unsatisfactory quality indicators.

In May violations were found of upper acceptable limit of bio ingredients in the fuels; it was in 1 motor petrol sample. In motor oil samples the limit was not violated.

In May the average value of FAME content in the motor oil samples is 3,6% of content. The maximal value of FAME content is 6,5% of content. The average detected content of ethanol in motor petrol was 3,9% of content and the maximal content was 50,4 % of content.

Analysis of the collected samples showed deviations from quality standards in 5 samples of motor oils, 2 samples of motor petrol and in 1 LPG sample. In May there were 5,3% of unsatisfactory samples.
