Juveniles bought hard alcoholic beverages in North Bohemia

(Ústí nad Labem, May 30, 2019) During two days, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority of the Ústí Region carried out the total of 7 inspections of the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. Inspections were carried out both during the day and in the evening. Without any verification of their age and any unaccompanied person above 18 years of age, alcoholic beverages were sold or server to figurants in 5 cases.

Violations of law found in 3 of 4 online sellers of textile

Almost half of sellers breached law at Flora Olomouc

(Ostrava, May 6, 2019) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority of the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian Regions carried out an extraordinary inspection at the international flower exhibition Flora Olomouc. (Prague, May 3, 2019) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority warns against the purchase of tickets for the ice-hockey championships on the Viagogo.com website. Over the past year, the CTIA registered more than 140 submissions from consumers who most often complained about the increase in the admission price during the online order process, the impossibility to cancel the transaction as well as invalid tickets, failure to reimburse the ticket price for a cancelled concert, etc.
