(Ústí nad Labem, November 5, 2015) Monitoring of sale regarding the All Souls’ Day has traditionally belonged to autumn inspection projects of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. On October 31, in total 10 vendors were inspected in Liberec. Officers mostly aimed at stall sale of various types of wreaths and decorations intended for graves, dry flower arrangements, candles and other products related to the All Souls’ Day. Inspectors detected flaws within half of the inspections, namely sale without required information, failure to inform consumers about prices and failure to issue bill of purchase. One on-the-spot fine was imposed and suggestions to launch administrative proceedings were issued in four cases.
