(Prague, October 16, 2012) The scooter named Scooter folding is another of the risky products which was found in the market in the frame of the control action carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and focused on scooters (see the press release of August 18, 2012). A children user can get injured after a fall over the handles in the consequence of a potential failure of the blocking mechanism of the telescopic pole of the handles. The sale of the Scooter folding was banned and the product will be filed in the alert system RAPEX because there is a high rate of risk.
