The Czech Trade Inspection Authority lawfully imposed a fine amounting to 50,000 CZK for proven discrimination of consumers on the ground of nationality in a Korean-Chinese restaurant in Dobrá in the Moravian-Silesian Region (Moravskoslezský kraj). Repeated inspections in April and June 2015 proved legitimacy of a consumer’s complaint concerning discriminative conduct based on which inspections were carried out in this restaurant.
