(Prague, December 29, 2016) Old and used items are interesting goods for some consumers. Such assortment of ancient or original goods is often demanded within the market. In the third quarter of 2016, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority focused on compliance with legal regulations in the area of operation of bazaars and pawnshops and discovered misconducts in almost 60% of inspections. Vendors most frequently failed to inform consumers about the extent, conditions and way of exercising the right for claims and didn’t fill in bills of purchased products properly.
