(Prague, December 4, 2018) During August 2018, officers of the CTIA Inspectorate of the Ústí Region and Liberec Region carried out 5 extraordinary inspections focused on operators of outdoor swimming pools. The officers inspected possible discrimination towards visitors. There were also notifications from consumers that more favourable entrance fees are billed to certain groups of citizens. “Inspections showed that all inspected operators of outdoor swimming pools committed discrimination towards a certain group of consumers,” said the Director of the CTIA Inspectorate based in Ústí nad Labem Renata Linhartová.
