(Partial report of the first quarter 2013)
(Prague, May 2, 2013) The results of the inspections of secondary raw materials procurement showed defects in one third of the checked workplaces during the past two years. Therefore this control action has been included among the annual actions of the CTIA. During the first quarter of 2013, the inspectors checked totally 79 workplaces and detected breaches of the obligations as provided by the appropriate legal regulations in almost 30% of cases. “The most frequent breaches related to the fairness of sale, use of uncertified measuring tools and failures to meet the information obligations related to the prices of procurement and other services,” the Director General of the CTIA Vladimír Velčovský summarized.
