(Prague, April 6, 2016) In the spring time people start buying scooters especially for children. However, not all scooters are safe. This has been the case of a toy which was detected in the Czech market and which poses risk of injury to smallest users. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority ordered immediate withdrawal of the product from distribution. The product failed safety requirements within several parameters, namely concerning protruding parts, wheels and strength. The toy was notified as dangerous into the RAPEX database, notification number A12/0028/16.
