(Brno, September 23, 2013) A consumer turned to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, being suspicious about office chair Brasil that he purchased. He thought that it was not safe. “Inspectors collected the chair and had it assessed in a laboratory. The expert opinion confirmed that the product was dangerous. The chair is unstable and thus it can roll over when used. Also the material from which the pedestal is made is not solid enough and deforms under load,” explained Tatiana Neuhybelová, the Director General of the CTIA Inspectorate seated in Brno.
