CTIA carried out extraordinary inspection in winter Vrchlabí

(Hradec Králové, March 7, 2018) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority monitors the quality of services and goods in touristic areas visited especially by lovers of skiing and other winter sports. This time inspectors of the Hradec Králové and Pardubice Regions focused on the ski resort Vrchlabí where 22 inspections were carried out. Breaches of legal regulations were detected in 40% of cases.

Presentation sales events on retreat

(Prague, February 16, 2018) Results of inspections carried out in 2017 proved that the ordinary presentation sales events are on retreat. Last year, violations of law were discovered in 29% of all inspected presentation sales events, which was a significant improvement when compared with 2016 when the authority detected violations of law in 76% of cases.
