The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA) is an entity providing out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, so-called ADR (alternative dispute resolution). The aim of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute and an agreement between the parties. ADR at the CTIA is a notified body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes listed by the European Commission.
