CTIA inspected the smoothie makers, most complied

(Prague, January 24, 2020) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority focused on inspections of smoothie makers, which are very popular with consumers and are widely offered in the domestic market. CTIA inspected 21 types of these products and found deficiencies in 8 of them. It was mostly administrative misconducts. All smoothie makers complied as regards technical and safety requirements.

Even the extension cords must be safe

Czech Trade Inspection Authority inspected geo-blocking

(Brno, January 2, 2020) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority of the South Moravian and Zlín Regions inspected compliance with the amendment to the Consumer Protection Act, which has been in force since the summer of 2019, responding to the new European regulation prohibiting the blocking of purchases according to the country of the buyer, the so-called geo-blocking.
