(Prague, 22 April 2022) The Czech Trade Inspection Authority carried out a total of 1,900 inspections of online shops in 2021. It found violations of law in 1,288 cases, which represented almost 70%. Traders continue to fail to provide complete and comprehensive information about the products they sell and they also use unfair commercial practices.
