The advisory phone line 222 703 404 can still be used and, where appropriate, an inquiry or complaint can be made via the e-filing service on www.coi.cz/podatelna.
With regard to the numerous consumer inquiries regarding travel abroad, a sub-page on consumer rights relating to traveling in the time of coronavirus has also been set up.
