CTIA to inspect sellers on Black Friday, but consumers can do a lot to ensure safe shopping

(Prague, 21 November 2023) The upcoming “Black Friday” has become synonymous with discounts in general. This year it comes on 24 November, but retailers are also offering discounts many days before and after that date. The increased interest in shopping also brings risks for consumers. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority will therefore focus intensively on inspections of traditional and online shops on these days.
