(Prague, 27 October 2023) Based on consumer complaints, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA) focuses on inspections of online sellers offering the sale of “undelivered” or “lost parcels” or “surprise packages”. This phenomenon has gained momentum in the Czech internet environment in recent months and the CTIA is currently carrying out several inspections of internet retailers.
